MCLP Invites Non-Profit Organizations to Participate in Board Networking Fair

Local non-profit organizations are welcomed by The Multicultural Leadership Program (MCLP) to participate in the MCLP Board Networking Fair on Saturday, February 6 from 12:00-1:00 pm at the COUNTRY Financial IAA Building, 1701 N. Towanda Avenue in Bloomington.

At the fair, non-profit organizations will have the opportunity to speak with the 24 current MCLP participants who are due to graduate from the program in April. These participants are in the process of gathering information for potential board membership and committee leadership positions.

“How will your organization benefit from the fair?” said Linda Bollivar, MCLP Executive Director. “Strong, competent leadership is critical to any organization’s success. MCLP offers an opportunity to strengthen your organization with diverse leaders who are passionate and ready to serve.”

The fair is designed to open the lines of communication between the non-profit sector and emerging community leaders.

Organizations interested in attending the MCLP Board Networking Fair should complete an online profile at http://bit.ly/MCLPBoard16.

Registration is required and must be received by January 22.
